Types of rejuvenation

Body skin rejuvenation is possible thanks to effective procedures such as mesotherapy

Modern cosmetology offers a wide variety of procedures that help rejuvenate tissues and the body as a whole. Women successfully use many of these procedures at home. These are all kinds of shallow peelings, masks, creams, as well as exposure to contrasting temperatures (steam baths, ice rubs, contrast washing). All these procedures in the beauty salon are performed by professional cosmetologists using modern and effective products. Of the procedures that cannot be used at home, injections (for example, botulinum toxin), mesotherapy, and implantation of gold threads are very popular.

Botulinum toxin

Botulinum toxin is a drug derived from paralytic agents and causes temporary atrophy of terminal nerve endings. This allows you to get rid of small wrinkles under the eyes, on the temples and in the upper lip area. Injected into certain areas, the drug causes smoothing of facial wrinkles, especially wrinkles around the forehead and eyes.

A week or two after the injection, the motor activity of the muscles weakens. Injections should be repeated every three to four months. After the patient feels the recovery of muscle activity, it is recommended to contact the cosmetologist again. Three sessions per year are required for a long-term effect.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a method that involves the introduction of biologically active and tonic substances into the skin using a special syringe gun. They improve skin nutrition, restore collagen fibers and accelerate regenerative processes. Embryo tissue extract is recommended for facial skin care. It is this extract that restores the regenerative functions of the skin. Extracts from various plants, such as artichoke, grapefruit, ginkgo, are useful for the body, helping to get rid of cellulite. To get a positive result, a course of 6-8 sessions is conducted within 1-1, 5 months.

Chemical peeling

You can also improve the appearance of your skinchemical peeling. With the help of certain preparations, most often vegetable (fruit) acids, the top layer of the skin is removed - dry, dead cells that have changed pigmentation. In addition to stimulating the appearance of a new layer of skin, fruit acids are good antioxidants that protect the skin from UV damage. Chemical peeling is divided into:surface,medianAnddeep- this division is mainly due to the use of different acids. Superficial and medium peels are performed on an outpatient basis and require practically no preparation or rehabilitation. Superficial peeling can be done once in two weeks, medium peeling - with an interval of several months. Deep peeling is not recommended more than once a year and only in the hospital. In the first ten days after the procedure, the skin swells and, as a rule, is covered with a crust. However, after the rehabilitation period, the patient gets rid of even deep wrinkles, and the effect on the entire face is quite comparable to traditional surgical lifting.

Photorejuvenation

Another effective and at the same time low-traumatic procedurephotorejuvenation. During it, the surface layer of the skin is not broken. The light source simply heats the desired area of the skin up to 50 °C. The impact occurs at a strictly defined depth - this is achieved by using light with different wavelengths. Using this technique, you can remove age spots, damage to small skin vessels, large pores and collagen defects, including wrinkles. This procedure lasts from a few minutes to an hour, depending on the complexity. Dilated capillaries are removed immediately and without a trace, and large veins and pigment spots disappear within a few days after the session. There may also be redness and slight swelling of the skin that lasts for several hours. Depending on the problem, the cosmetologist sets the necessary number of sessions.

Grinding

One of the most effective anti-aging proceduresskin renewal (dermabrasion).A laser beam or a gentle exfoliator removes the dead surface layer of the skin, replacing it with young cells and new elastic and collagen fibers. Mechanical renewal is used less and less now, because with the help of lasers it is possible not only to "replace" the top layer of the skin, but also to remove scars, acne or deep wrinkles. This procedure is very effective, but in terms of complexity, it approaches plastic surgery. Laser resurfacing, as a rule, is performed in a surgical hospital, and after that there is a fairly long - one and a half to two months - rehabilitation period.

Golden threads

Implantation of gold threads is an ancient method of preserving youth, known since the time of the Egyptian pyramids. Its essence lies in the implantation of threads that form a kind of frame that does not allow the skin to sag under the influence of gravity. After the operation, patients note that the elasticity of the facial tissues has improved and they look refreshed and rejuvenated.

Some difficulties: swelling of soft tissues, small hematomas disappear over time. However, an effect that can be evaluated over time is achieved. The skin appears to be preserved and the patient who undergoes the procedure appears to be at least five years younger than his peers. Implantation of gold threads is an anti-aging procedure. Therefore, the optimal age for the first operation can be considered 30-35 years.

Stem cells

Expensive methods of rejuvenating the body using stem cells were developed in the late 19th century. They have already become a reality. With the intravenous injection of stem cell culture and the intramuscular injection of signaling molecules, a person gets a whole new quality of life. Diseases recede, general tone and memory improve, libido and potential increase.

The appearance undergoes fantastic changes. Without constant tedious procedures, without operations, a person becomes younger in the eyes of admiring relatives and colleagues. Such dramatic changes cannot be achieved by other means. Rejuvenation is not only about appearance, organs are rejuvenated, hormonal levels rise and the body starts producing young, vibrant cells again. Unfortunately, these methods are used in a limited number of highly professional cosmetology clinics with state-of-the-art laboratories. It should be added that the cost of such a procedure is affordable for very few people.
